HR Administrator

Reputable company is looking for a HR administrator. Theposition encompasses the Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Selection of Talent, Induction and Onboarding as well as compilation, review and grading of Job Profiles.
**Skills needed**:
**Suitable HR Qualification**
**At least 5 years’ experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment position preferably in a manufacturing environment**
Knowledge of current relevant legislation
Understanding of **HR Best Practice** (Targeted Selection/Behaviourally Based Interviewing Knowledge would be advantageous)
Fully computer literate (preferably on O365 and Sage
Strong consulting skills and Presentation Skills
Ability to improve and implement new practice
**Duties will include**:
Recruitment and Selection - Ensuring that the company attracts and employs people with the necessary skills and knowledge
Induction and On-Boarding
- Ensuring that new staff are equipped with the tools and knowledge to become productive in the fastest possible time
Job Profiles - Ensuring that job profiles are in place to inform recruitment requirements and job performance requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R28,000.00 - R38,000.00 per month
