We have a vacancy available for a Receptionist / Admin assistant / Sales assistant in Midrand area for someone with a positive "can do" attitude who wants to grow within a company.

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- 2-5 years reception or Sales administration experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)

Job details:
Reception:

- Receiving people at reception desk and directing/assisting with their requirements
- Answering switchboard, directing calls and/or taking messages and forwarding to the relevant person
- Ordering lunch and making coffee for MD and Shareholders etc
- Making coffee for visitors
- Maintain visitor and training registers as required by the company or legislation

Admin Assistance:

- Getting quotations for example: Car Tyres or Office furniture or Printing and Stationery
- Managing Petty Cash
- Motor Vehicle Register
- Petrol and Travel Cards and slips
- Filling - paper and digital
- Price Lists for Operations
- Shopping for office groceries and stationery
- Any admin assistance required

Sales Assistance:

- Create Quotations as requested
- Follow-up Quotes as requested
- Updating information/data capture on any ERP we use - currently OMNI, BluWave, Apps, Excel etc
- Photo’s for LinkedIN and advertising
- **LinkedIN Profile & Lead management**:

- Excel work for MD
- Typing templates and articles for advertising, websites, quotations
- Any sales assistance required
