**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Basic Invoicing
- Assist walk-in clients & dealers
- Maintain office systems
- Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation
- Assist Vehicle Buying Personnel with admin documentation
- Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
- Manage the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies
- Monthly reporting, etc.
- Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)

**Minimum requirements**:

- Reception duties including handling customer requests and queries
- Secretarial duties including typing and filing
- Maintaining documentation on the clients, fleet and drivers
- Ability to use MS Word and MS Excel

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- The ability to work as part of a team Interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Reliable and loyal person
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Questioning and good telephone skills
- The ability to cope with pressure and challenges
- Computer skills
- Someone who is willing to learn and grow with the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
