**_Requirements: _**
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business or related field.
- Postgraduate degree or qualification would be advantageous.
- Project management qualification would be advantageous.
- Strategic leadership with strong business acumen.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, techniques, and tools.
- Understanding of Fintech products and industry.
- Effective project management and change management skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and growth mindset.
- Solution-focused with conflict resolution skills.
- Agile, with a focus on continuous improvement aligned with best practices and industry trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, and relevant sales systems/tools.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**_Client Engagement Strategy: _**
- Develop and implement innovative client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business goals.
- Identify and target key market segments to enhance outreach efforts.

**_Client Acquisition & Marketing: _**
- Work with teams to formulate and execute client acquisition strategies.
- Oversee and manage lead generation marketing initiatives.
- Effectively manage the leads pipeline to optimize conversion.

**_Business Development: _**
- Implement strategies to convert leads into active customers.
- Ensure the optimization of the conversion tunnel for efficient business development.

**_Key Account Management: _**
- Oversee the development and execution of key account management strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and create tailored account plans.
- Develop tools and processes for monitoring and reporting on key account performance.

**_Data Analysis and Reporting: _**
- Prepare regular reports and presentations showcasing performance.
- Utilize data insights to inform data-driven decisions.

**_Leadership: _**
- Lead and mentor all Client Engagement teams.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
- Achieve goals in line with departmental and company strategic objectives.
