Purpose:
For managing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax legislation, and handling various HR administrative tasks

Minimum Job Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in payroll and HR administration.

Advanced experience in using Sage Payroll software is essential.

Strong understanding of South African tax legislation, including but not limited to IRP 5 returns

EMP201 submissions, and tax returns.

Sound knowledge of statutory requirements and labor laws.

Experience in handling employee-related queries regarding payroll and tax matters.

Skills and Competency:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in Payroll, HR, or a related field is preferred.

SARS tax knowledge

Experience with e-filing will be an advantage.
