**Job summary**:

- The marketing and events manager will play a key role in developing an internal digital ecosystem for bringing together all our digital channels to grow our business.- Support on client marketing or event projects will be required as well as the day to day operational support and activities assisting the company directors with their task lists.- For now this position will be to work remotely with daily online check-in meetings and weekly in person meetups or strategy sessions or however many is necessary to complete tasks and projects at hand.- As soon as our offices has been established this will become an office-based position.**The key day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Strategy, posting, analytics and management of the following platforms:
- Instagram
- Facebook and Facebook Business Suite
- WhatsApp for Business
- Twitter
- Linked (optional bonus)
- Strategy, SEO, optimisation, ads for the company’s online presence.
- Content creation for internal social platforms and website
- Assisting with planning, administration and managing of client marketing and event projects
- Learn how to do quotations and invoicing on Xero
- Design and develop project proposals based on client requirements
- Basic administration to support the company directors getting through their to do lists**Inherent Requirements**

**Education**:

- Qualification in Digital Marketing or Marketing
- Qualification in Event Management a bonus

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in Event Management is a bonus
- Own transport and driver’s licence
- Must be willing to travel for work
- Must be willing to work outside of normal office hours and do what it takes to meet deadlines
- Must be equipped to work remotely
- Strong administration skills are a must
- Creativity will be a great advantage
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
- Propensity for multi-tasking
- Deadline driven
