**_Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to join their organization_**

**_Requirements:_**

Relevant qualification in Marketing/Advertising, or equivalent_
- _
Preferably 3- 4 years previous experience in a similar role_
- _
Previous design experience_
- _
Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator_
- _
Active on social media_
- _
Knowledge of CMS_
- _
Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills_
**_
Responsibilities:_**:

- Social Media/Digital Management:_
- _
Updating of Estate website and other online portals including third-party sites (WordPress)._
- _
Social Media updates, platform maintenance, and monthly content schedule creation._
- _
Organize and maintain all digital Marketing Folders (Coordination of image and video banks)._
- _
Social Media photography and internal photography generation._
- _
Copywriting and copy editing of features, articles, brochures, stories for the website, social media, and press releases._
- _
Advance and innovate the Estate’s digital platforms where and when possible._
- Design Work:_
- _
Creation of collateral (including, but not limited to, graphic design, logos, brochures, estate advertisements, and press releases using InDesign)._
- _
Liaise with external design and print houses where necessary to ensure production deadlines are met._
- _
Liaising with all departments to execute their design needs._
- Communication & Administrative Support:_
- _
Coordination and management of all Printed Collateral across the Estate_
- _
Distribution within departments._
- _
Monthly Stock Take to ensure levels are maintained._
- _
Quotes from relevant companies and orders (Pivotpress)._
- _
Coordination of Press Clippings and features administration including media database._
- _
Coordination and supervision of Estate photo and video shoots._
- _
Assisting with the production of VIEWS, the annual Estate News Journal_
- _
Assist with all communication between the local tourism offices, press offices, and partner organizations where required._
- _
Organizing and collating information of the Estate and retail brands for media requests._
- _
Provide support and guidance with regards to brand guidelines, content updates, website updates, collateral updates to all Estate departments._
- _
Create & update Estate databases - in collaboration with Classic Portfolio._
- _
Makeup “Media Bags” when required marketing collateral._
- _
Managing the Marketing & PR diary._
- _
Assist the Manager with any other needs or requests they may have._
