**Technical skills**:

- Preferred background with invoicing and Inventory skills
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
- Create and maintain useful databases for the department

**Social Intelligence skills**:

- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive

**Requirements for Consideration**:

- Matric Certificate
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm
- Ability to pass a criminal and employment background screening
- Immediate availability
- Previous employment experience in a similar position and scope of work
- Complete proficiency Required in the following programs:

- Excel
- Microsoft Word
- PowerPoint

**Preferable for Consideration**:

- Tertiary School Attendance
- Work Experience in a Finance department
- Experience with quickbooks
- Experience with Airtable

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
