Your team responsibilities

Private Capital Solutions Data Operations is responsible for the aggregation, structuring and quality assurance of all private capital data in support of our portfolio risk and performance products.

Your key responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that financial documentation is retrieved and organized in a timely manner in order to support data conversion. This includes matching data points across systems to ensure documentation consistency and accuracy, data entry, indexing and uploading files
- Digital archiving of various financial documentation.
- Effectively navigate manager portals to ensure all documentation is processed accordingly.
- Contribute to low-risk administrative projects.
- Perform audits and other quality control functions for the content set.
- Comply with all documentation policies, standards and processes.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Undergraduate degree (all majors considered) and 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with financial markets, accounting practices and private capital.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Highly organized and self-disciplined.
- High levels of focus and the ability to work with and accurately process large volumes of documentation.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn.
