IT Manager

Our client is actively seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in directing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements. **Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams responsible for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions that address the organization's needs.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with the overall IT strategy and objectives set by the Chief Information Officer.
- Drive operational and strategic IT planning initiatives, including project planning, resource allocation, and fostering innovation within the team.
- Oversee the provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Develop business cases and conduct cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives to support informed decision-making.
- Practice effective asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and accountability.
- Identify and evaluate the need for system upgrades, configurations, or new solutions, and collaborate with senior management to determine the best course of action.
- Select and integrate software solutions in a scalable manner to meet evolving business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the procurement of efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software, while prioritizing the safety and security of IT systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that optimize business processes and align with strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on IT-related matters, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assist in negotiating and managing service level agreements to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Drive medium-term improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and drive pricing strategies for services and products.
- Implement risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks to identify and manage risks effectively.
- Investigate and report on instances of non-compliance with organizational policies and practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration, or a related field.
