- Maintain parts systems, processes & stock accuracy
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by yourself and the parts team
- Have a critical impact on customer service excellence and enhance the customer’s perception of Bell Equipment ( internal and external )
- Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings
- Carry out customer visits and report back to management on the opportunities and challenges
- Manage customer Quotations & Back orders daily to minimise losses & promote timeous deliveries.
- Oversee account and cash sales for payments and order validity as well as resolve queries
- Control after hours standby duties & ensure high level of service to customers.
- Manage Inventory in the various parts locations including regular cycle counts and stocktakes
- Analyse and resolve parts related challenges and also make suggestions on any strategic stocking parts to be carried by the GLC
- Oversee the sales, receiving & despatch areas to ensure all processes and controls are maintained
- Be available 24/7 for support and related assistance to the parts and workshop departments
- Manage “all” parts related reporting, use of manual release books, registers and filing etc
- Adhere and ensure compliance to “all” company SHEQ and OHS requirements ( 8.2 appointment )
- Reports directly to the Regional Parts Manager as well as the GM’s on other requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric or Abet level 4
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a parts aftermarket environment is essential
- Applicants must have strong communication/ negotiation skills
- Must be motivated, resourceful and a team player
- Must be able to work unsupervised as well as under pressure
- Must be computer literate : E-mail, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Earthmoving product knowledge essential. Knowledge of Bell related would be an advantage
- A very good knowledge SAP is essential
- Valid code 8 or higher driver’s license
