- Reporting to: National Services Operations Manager- Purpose:
- Supervising team of refubishment operators in order to plan and perform high quality and on time repairs of equipment.-
- Spare parts planning based on the annual/monthly schedules- Establish the refurbishment plan for the week and day- Order the daily spare parts needed from Warehouse to complete the WIP- Pre check, and decides Scrapping- Light, Medium repairs- Assigns job to technicians- Follow up the work of technicians- Verifies the notes (be sure all replaced parts were reported by Technicians)- Quality repairing check-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications:
- Technical secondary school or engineering graduate with relevant experience in technical service- Relevant experience as supervisor - preferably 2-3 year minimum- Work experience and skills:
- 2-5 years of proven working experience as supervisor in technical positions- Refurbishment output- Productivity- Quality of performed repairs- Efficency- Spare parts consumption- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software- Behavioral attributes:
- People management skils - Multi-tasking ability - Strong problem-solving skills - Team working - Highly organized - Stress tolerance - Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected issues - Sound business and professional ethics**What Qualification**
