The main purpose of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to plan, develop & execute digital programs & campaigns incl. online advertising, website strategy, social media, & mobile deliverables, providing assistance to the Marketing Team to manage various online platforms & drive traffic, create leads, encourage engagement, retain customers & ultimately deliver sales, ensure that all digital platforms pertaining to the business are optimized & kept up to date with all the current digital management tools.

A key component aspect of the position is being able to develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the business and services to defined target audiences, as well as the ability to manage workflow and work alongside external or internal creative teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Managing company websites
- Keep a project sheet for all campaigns.
- Manage & update all marketing tools and resources.
- Prepare & present reports regularly.
- Manage PPC campaigns & budgets effectively.
- Assist with setup & registration.
- Manage, track, & report digital marketing activities & ROIs
- Prepare & present campaign reports regularly
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, & other KPIs.
- Company social media
- Ensure content on all company sites is kept up-to-date, relevant, & accurate.
- Ensure that the content of all sites is well-structured & easy to find from a UX perspective.
- Liaise with all role players: Vendors, Brand managers, Service providers, & the Marketing team.
- Stay up to date with developments & generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
- Provide creative ideas for lead gen, lead qualification, communication, brand awareness, & engagement.
- Managing the day-to-day handling of all channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube - adapting content to suit the different channels of Digital Campaigns.
- Assist with content management for the company websites.
- Keep copy up to date & create new content at appropriate times.
- Developing creative & engaging social media content & posts for the brands.
- Set up PPC campaigns & manage allocated budgets for social media activities.
- Utilize strategic media partners for the breadth & effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for the business & brands.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Online/Digital Media
- Digital Marketing Certification

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:

- Digital Campaign: 1 year
- Google Analytics: 1 year
- Google Ads: 1 year
- Google Tag Manager: 1 year
- Facebook Advertising: 1 year
- LinkedIn Advertising: 1 year

**OFFICE**:

- Work-from-office environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 - 17:00
- Reliable transport to & from the office.
- Excellent English business language skills, both written & verbal.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
