- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve collections strategies.
- **Requirements**:_
- 2 years or more experience in collections (advantageous) or in any leadership position, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong understanding of collections processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in collections management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in collections management (e.g., ACA, CCM) is a plus. (For external Advertising).
