**Finance Intern**, a 12-month internship exists within our clients Finance Department based in Cape Town. For this period the incumbent will form part of the Finance team and will assist with various generalist finance responsibilities.

**Duties include the following, but not limited to**:

- Provide full administrative support to the finance department.
- Assist with balance sheet recons and journals.
- Prepare various payments and ensure it has the correct approval.
- Assist with petty cash register.
- Assist with stationery requisitions - factory and staff.
- Data capturing and accurate record keeping, including capturing invoices, and filing.
- Ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification, National Diploma preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team.

**Stipend: R5 000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to R5,000.00 per month
