**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Working in partnership with our client, the Global Operations Manager will be responsible for providing operational leadership across the account. You will use your operational excellence and attention to detail to take on a number of business needs to support the global functioning of the account.

You will be recruiting globally; driving operational success for the Flying team, POS team and Pack Shot team while implementing new initiatives, ways of working (with colleagues) and technology solutions across all studios as well as driving day-to-day operational excellence. You will be holding Studio Leads accountable for operational performance and work with them to improve GP.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
**Commercial**
- Supporting the Global Programme Director to optimise teams in local studios and offshore.
- Supporting the Global Programme Director to drive adoption of changes to team structures and WoW to improve gross profit with teams and clients.
- Review use of assets (and develop reports to be used globally by other studios).
- Management of suppliers and adherence to client guidelines.
- Excel modelling for new commercial scenarios.

**Operational**
- Managing MI reporting globally including communications with the account leads and management of utilisation reporting.
- Tracking, reporting and escalation of recruitment and resourcing.
- Leading and driving operational success for the Flying team, POS team and Pack Shot team.
- Providing studio brand operations support (in support of strategy).
- Providing support for case study creation including degerming efficiency calculations.
- Utilisation and 'client-ability' optimisation.

**Financial**
- Ensuring that Flying team, POS team and Pack Shot team(s) are billing proactively and taking ownership for driving down outstanding billing when it spikes.
- Oversight of the Global Finance Admin and point of escalation for PO/invoice chasing.
- Responsible (with studio leads) for gross profit forecast and performance against targets.
- Coordinating with Global Operations Director and Studio PM to manage project margin.
- Stakeholder in weekly forecast management based on studio financials.
- Monitoring project status reports and validating financial data in reports.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- 5+ years' experience as an operational lead in digital creative agencies.
- Proven track record of managing operations on a regional scale.
- Excellent knowledge of technology to help improve delivery and operations of creative agencies.
- Strong commercial experience of working in an agency-client relationship.
- Strong track record of successful gross profit management for a creative agency.
