**What are we looking for?**
- A Customer Success Manager in the Cape Town and surrounding areas who will be responsible for engaging with clients by building and preserving trusting relationships.
- PayProp is focused on delivering a world class end-to-end customer experience. The Customer Success Managers function falls within a framework of standards which are consistent, professional and support the delivery of customer excellence, to help achieve lasting sustainability and impact on the ZA business growth.
- Truth and Care are the core of all communications and interactions with clients and colleagues

**Function**:

- Builds and maintains relationships with all allocated clients;
- with a strong focus on a) encouraging (selling) full system usage and b) client retention;
- measures 'temperature' of clients in all interactions;
- provides feedback on all of the above via reports and Hubspot;
- conducts oneself in a professional, business-like manner and any actions that result from a call/meeting must be followed up and executed within the agreed time scales.

- Superior product knowledge

**Knowledge**:

- To become Industry experts for Client Money establishing our value to the ZA rental industry

**Requirements**:

- Own transport is essential and a non-negotiable.
- Must reside in Cape Town or the surrounding areas as you will be required to travel to clients
- Matric/Grade 12 equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience
