**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and other records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making necessary arrangements.
- **Translation Services**:

- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and conferences.
- Assist in translating marketing materials, product descriptions, and other content as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all translations.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking team members.
- Facilitate effective communication between parties who speak different languages.
- Provide language-related support to enhance cross-cultural collaboration.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Possess a strong understanding of cultural nuances to ensure accurate and contextually appropriate translations.
- **Organization and Time Management**:

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Previous experience in translation and interpretation is highly desirable.
- **Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with translation tools and software is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
