**Job Description** Role Overview**

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be interacting with customers that contact the Call Centre directly. You will do the needs analysis with the customer all the while highlighting the benefits and features of the product in question and emphasizing the benefit of being ensured by OUTsurance. You will be required to interact with clients, increase sales, and elevate customer experience.

- FAIS Regulatory Exam
- Recognized Qualification depending on previous advice giving roles

**Experience**
- Previous Call Centre experience in Telesales.
- Experience in short term insurance industry will be advantageous
