- Minimum RequirementsAppropriate Trade Test Certificate (Diesel Mechanic); A valid Code EC driving license with valid PDP.
- Recommendation- Experience in the repair, rebuild, maintain and modify of diesel and petrol vehicles; Heavy and small plant and equipment (construction plant); Basic welding, fitting and turning; Auto electrical work; Basic spray painting.- Key Performance Areas- Competencies- Knowledge of the following: Mechanical work on construction plant and equipment and vehicle (test); Maintain good interpersonal relations; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Verbal and written communication skills; Good planning and problem solving skills; Good time management skills.- RemunerationGrade A: R 230 898 - R 256 263 per annum, Grade B: R 270 915- R 300 675 per annum, Grade C: R 314 751 -R 386 775 per annum (Salary will be determined as per OSD prescripts).
