Our client, an established legal firm seeks to appoint a Secretary to assist the Commercial team with various administrative and secretarial functions. The successful incumbent will be fluent in Afrikaans, have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with strong computer literacy skills and fast, accurate typing speed.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Typing, formatting and proof reading of documents
- Handle all incoming calls and action accordingly.
- Deal with all incoming visitors to the office; serve refreshments.
- Opening of new client files and maintaining an electronic and paper filing system.
- Scanning of documents and filing accordingly.
- Capturing of Invoices.
- Diary management.
- Assist Director with all administrative / secretarial duties.
- **Requirements**_
- Grade 12
- Secretarial certificate/diploma or Paralegal qualifications will be advantageous.
- 5+ Years experience in a secretarial / administrative position
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook (Intermediate level)
- Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm
- Own transport / _**must reside in the Northern Suburbs and have no transport issues to Durbanville.**_
- This is a full-time position - on site. Must be _**fluent **_(written and spoken word) in Afrikaans and English

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
