**Sales Support Coordinator (JB3773)**
Randburg, Gauteng
R18 - 20 000 CTC per month

**Minimum Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in internal sales support
Strong coordination and administrative skills
Excellent customer relations and communication abilities
Proficiency in administrative tasks
Comfortable working under pressure
Advanced computer skills
Effective personal and time management
Solution-oriented mindset
SAP knowledge

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Prepare client quotations
Offer administrative support to the Sales team
Process sales orders
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in SAP
Coordinate with Accounts and dispatch for timely product deliveries
Manage inventory levels
Generate and review sales reports
Provide weekly sales reports and analysis to the Sales Manager
Identify and pursue potential sales leads
Collaborate with the finance department for payment and collection activities
Maintain sales-related documentation and records
Propose process improvement strategies and develop supporting documentation
Contribute to the development of the Quality Management system and ensure compliance

Ensure regular reporting for projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Comply with customs procedures for product import and export
Process supplier and customer invoices promptly
Assist with reception duties and handle ad hoc administrative tasks
Complete daily timesheets
Perform internal billing across company departments monthly
Direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Assist in developing and implementing enhanced sales plans and forecasts
Plan sales trips, on-site training, or repairs
Implement action plans based on trip reports
Monitor and address quote requests by salesperson, area, and focus product
Plan and report on product demonstrations and feedback
Monitor and report on monthly or quarterly focus products
Monitor the Sales team's focus on collecting equipment requiring repairs during sales trips
