Front Desk Activities
- Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them effectively, and ensure and they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Preparing boardrooms, meeting and training rooms
- Meet and greet clients and direct them to the correct boardroom
- Order refreshments
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Co-ordinate items required to be couriered via courier company

Office Maintenance
- Manage boardroom booking schedules to avoid any clashes
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies (groceries, stationery, cleaning detergents), equipment, and facilities.
- Supervise Cleaning Staff and make sure daily routine is up to date.
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Coordinate office repairs and renovations when necessary.

Administrative
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
- Maintain organized and updated asset register, filing systems and documentation.
- Coordinate office events and activities as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: R8 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Midrand, Gauteng (required)
