**Job Description**:

- Proactive selling of the Mantis portfolio
- Design tailored itineraries in line with client requirements and travel objectives
- Converting leads from variety of channels, source markets & client segments
- Marketing logístically hardship destinations as an attractive travel experience
- Managing efficiently several systems GDS, CRM's, CRS (Accor Reservations, WETU, Travelogic, Smartbox)
- Demonstrate precise product & travel knowledge in Southern &/or East Africa
- Assisting clients pre & during travel
- Dynamic, flexible and collaborative
- Understanding of upscale/luxury client requirements
