**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, assisting with orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring they are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
- Identify potential new clients and generate new sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with our sales and production teams to ensure the sales targets are met.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports and customer data, to support the sales and management teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, fostering positive relationships.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent.
- A BCom Degree will be an added advantage.

**Experience Requirements**:

- A minimum of at least 10 years internal and / or external sales experience with a traceable record.
- Excellent knowledge of computer (Microsoft Excel, word, and outlook etc.).
- Knowledge of the Packaging Market.
- Experience in e-commerce and / or banking / CIT sector would be favourable.
- Knowledge of SYSPRO an added advantage.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven work experience as an Internal Sales Administrator / Representative.
- Knowledge of the Packaging Market.
- Excellent people skills with proven customer service competencies.
- Ability to think strategically and willingness to travel when required.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
