- Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of packaging and labelling materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including FDA and other relevant guidelines.
- Creative Design Input: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop packaging concepts that effectively communicate product information and branding while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Perform meticulous checks on packaging materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved specifications.
- Colour Matching and Design Suggestions: Provide recommendations for the look and feel of packaging materials, including suggestions for colours, layout, and graphical elements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline packaging processes and improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of packaging specifications, approvals, and revisions to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and marketing, to coordinate packaging projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in colour theory and design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to regulatory constraints.
