Manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisors in order to deliver an excellent client experience and support the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 years administrative experience
- 2-5 years financial services experience
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement, asset register and incident management
- Understanding and knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) will be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities

**INTERNAL PROCESS**
- **Capture, Edit and Update of assets** | Previous workday’s data (Assets, Sims, Dongles and Accessories) is captured / amended accurately and timeously on JDE
- **Transfers of assets** | Previous workday’s transfer requests (Assets, Sims, and Dongles) is captured / amended accurately and timeously on JDE
- **Disposal of assets **| Accurate and timeous disposal of assets requested.
- **Intermediary alignment **| Align previous workday’s advisor changes on JDE as per the intermediary file (appointments, termination, transfers, and resignations). Consult daily with the respective RA/PA to verify the actual location of the asset.
- **JDE Data management | **Continuous monitoring and timeous rectification of data errors and process improvements
- **JDE Reporting **| Timeous and accurate execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and additional ad-hoc requests.
- **JDE System Testing** |** **Perform regular system testing as per SLA when required.
- **Filing | **Previous workday’s supporting documentation (where applicable) in month and day order is stored in the cupboard.
- **Asset Audit | **Effective administration, execution, management, and reporting on Bi-annual advisor asset audits as per SLA
- **Administrate and manage lost, stolen and damage asset life cycle process | **Log replacement laptop JIRA (where applicable) and immediately report matter to Forensics.
- **JIRA management **| View, update and execute various JIRA assets requests timeously.
- **Monthly Reporting **| Run Forensics Lost, Stolen and Damage report as per SLA.
- **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) | **Draft and update process documentation within SLA when required.

**CLIENT**
- Support the coordination, escalation and resolution of **client queries** and follow up with the relevant department to ensure client queries are resolved
- **Facilitate JDE training** when required.
- **Build and maintain relationships** with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- **Participate and contribute to a culture** which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service

**FINANCE**
- **Administration and management of Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) process**. Ensure funds are received, allocated and outstanding funds are followed up and reconciled.
- **Invoices | **Timeous and accurate capture, upload and receipting of various vendor payments
- **Invoice Queries | **Address and resolve queries within the required turnaround time
- **Invoice Reporting | **Timeously execute report when requested.
- **Identify solutions** to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency
- **Manage financial and other company resources** under your control with due respect
- **Provide input into the risk identification processes** and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum
