**Purpose of the Job**:
Manage the Business Planning & Performance processes for Lubricants Business, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through monitoring and advising on course correction, continuous improvement and risk mitigation to ensure smooth operation and alignment of processes of the Lubricants Business.

**Education**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 7 (Degree: Finance/ Business or other related fields)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in support function under commercial environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance functions
- Experience in managing a function and line and exerting influence over Senior Management

Advantageous:

- Preferred 5 years’ experience in a Lubricants environment in a similar BPI / S&OP role

**What you'll be doing**:

- SALES AND OPERATION PLANNING (S&OP)- Manage overall S&OP processes through adherence and alignment to Sales, Marketing and Finance processes, review and sign off on forecast plans to ensure Lubricant’s business achieve sales revenue, inventory, and service level targets.

COSTING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT- Manage cost accounting process and outcomes
- Develop plans to manage inventory for all Lubricant products by ensuring correct categorisation, handling & management on all product types to allow smooth co-ordination between suppliers, manufacturing plants, toll fillers and customers

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT AND ASSURANCE- Manage all BPI programmes to identify business and process improvements through continuous performance monitoring and suggesting course corrective actions in order to meet and exceed Lubricants Business targets.
- Plan and conduct assurance activities in collaboration with the audit division through organising of all resources & documentation required to ensure compliance to policies, processes, and procedures.

BUSINESS PLANNING- Manage and conduct business planning & financial analysis processes and consolidate inputs through development of divisional KPI’s that includes financial analysis, operational, HSEQ and customer satisfaction in order to meet and align with PLI and Engen business planning needs and to comprehend forecasts, business drivers, risks and optimise business processes

FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT REPORTING- Consolidate, analyse, plan and report financial and management results and for Lubricants Business scorecard and performance through effective use of data management system and measures in order to enable effective business decisions, manage profitability, measure performance, and manage business processes.

FORECASTING AND CAPITAL MANAGEMENT- Optimize business processes & provide forecasts
- Forecast the annual budget requirements and manage the division OPEX and CAPEX plan
- Analyze Cash flow and spend, optimization of costs vs benefits.

SUPPORT AND GOVERNANCE- Manage relations with internal customers, service providers & external stakeholders. Also, ensure related SLAs in place and adhered to and steward collaboration and communication between the functional areas
- Support business partners with management reporting and analyses to ensure sustainable growth for both parties.

HUMAN RESOURCES- Engage in talent, staff performance and resource management.
