CEO Personal Assistant and Office Support

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
Managing the CEOs mailbox.
Interacting with all the CEOs managers.
Managing the diary and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Making travel arrangements.
Assisting with fetching/dropping kids from school and other activities.
Producing reports, presentations and briefs for the CEO.
Matric.
Post Matric Qualification would be beneficial.
3years working experience
Experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar position.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
MS Office and English proficiency.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
