**Your Next Career Opportunity - Talent Acquisition Partner II, International**

**What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities**
- Use recruitment databases to source qualified applicants, perform preliminary screens, schedule and conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Post jobs both internally and externally on our company website and other local job boards as appropriate.
- Coordinate pre-employment background checks, drug tests, and medical examinations and follow up as necessary.
- Assist with conducting employment verification calls and reference checks on potential new employees.
- Ensure all applicants are reviewed in a timely manner according to talent acquisition service level agreements with hiring managers.
- Schedule and maintain weekly/bi-weekly meetings to report and discuss the status of open opportunities with hiring managers.
- Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hire transfers, and promotions through the applicant tracking system and individual recruitment spreadsheets.
- Assist the Department Leader with weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports.
- Represent SBA Communications at career fairs and other relevant events.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

**What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bilingual in English/Afrikaans preferred
- Bilingual in English/Swahili preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study;
- and 3-5 years of experience recruiting or working in a recruiting/generalist function (i.e. sourcing, screening, interviewing applicants). Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting in South Africa / Tanzania / Philippines markets. Experience working in an HR corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Must have experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Ultimate Software/UltiPro preferred.
- Other Recruitment certification preferred; AIRS or other industry acknowledged certification.
