This position is responsible for the acquisition, build-out, and operation of SBA's wireless telecom tower assets for the country. It Is responsible for providing overall guidance and leadership to the business to maximize long-term value.

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities- Lead the in-country team providing oversight of the company’s business operations to ensure the delivery of performance objectives in accordance with an overall business plan and approved company budget.- Locate existing tower assets that SBA may be interested in purchasing and work with the M&A team to analyze and bid, contract, and close if appropriate.- Develop new tower build opportunities for SBA to develop. Both anchored build-to-suit towers and strategic locations are desirable.- Manage the site acquisition process, the permitting process, and the construction process, assuring adequate quality control, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness- Help to evolve the local business to take maximum advantage of SBA’s considerable back-office personnel and systems to achieve the best mix of local effectiveness and overall financial performance.- Interface at a senior level with the customers in the market to maintain a strong commitment and loyalty and to continue the growth of tower co-locations and new assets in the market.- Interface with the appropriate SBA headquarters cross-functional groups in Boca Raton, FL to maintain compliance with standards, processes, and governance as established by the Board of Directors.- Implement operational processes and procedures for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the local tower base.- Develop capital and expense budgets as required for roll-up to the SBA corporate budget.- Act as an ambassador to key stakeholders including customers, strategic partners, regulators, government agencies, and external communities.

What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, such as Civil Engineer/Industrial Engineer and/or Business Administration; and 10+ years’ experience in the wireless deployment and infrastructure industry, or carrier businesses.- Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
