**Requirements (Duties will include, but are not limited to)**:
Discipline And Industrial Relations
- Attend to enquiries logged on the HR Disciplinary/Enquiry Lodging Form by managers
- Providing advice to line management regarding disciplinary and performance issues
- Draft and facilitate the issuing of formal counselling forms, warnings and disciplinary hearing notices.
- Draft records of performance discussions and facilitate the 6 week performance management process.
- Chairing of disciplinary hearings and incapacity hearings.
- Submission of record of hearing with recommended outcome
- Ensure the company disciplinary code is followed and that it is updated to ensure Compliance.
- Handling of staff grievances according to internal grievance procedure.
- Represent company at the CCMA

HR Support
- Handle all general HR related queries from line managers and employees
- Provide HR support to all Faircape employees.

Roadshows (Staff Meetings)
- Set up, plan and develop a staff roadshow meeting agenda for quarterly roadshow at our 6 Healthcare Facilities and Villages
- Sending out Roadshow Minutes to relevant line managers.
- Ensue that all action items are attended to and that feedback is provided once a matter has been resolved.

Recruitment
- Compile and create new job advertisements
- Sit in and host interviews where necessary

Reporting and Administration
- Assist with Employment Equity Reporting
- Tracking of KPI’s, Job Descriptions, Performance Management and Probation
- SETA Reporting
- Ensure that Recruitment HR Master Spreadsheet is updated daily to reflect where the company is with all live roles
- Provide feedback at weekly HR meetings on Recruitment

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Honours advantageous

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Proven experience in dealing with diverse group of employees
- Proven experience in dealing with trade unions and CCMA representations
- Solid knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and related employment acts.

With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers a market-related salary from R 35 000 Cost to Company per month. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and other market-related factors.
