**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the pass area to ensure the timely and accurate presentation of dishes.
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, plating, and presentation.
- Manage ticket times and prioritize orders for efficient service.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Assist in quality control, ensuring that every dish meets the restaurant’s high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pass manager, kitchen manager, or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for food presentation.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
