Sales and marketing of fuel, lubricants and LPG.
Implementing and communicating the approved Sales & Marketing Plan.
Budget setup, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Planning of Sales & MarketingCAPEX, ROI and promotions.
Analysis of sales to abide by competition and latest trends.
Efficient use of sales methodology and tools.
Management of debtors.
Management of Customer Services, handling of all queries and product enquiries;
Maximising the sales pipeline in line with the strategy.
Proactively manages and reviews the performance of the sales team in the region, sets objectives and targets; works with the Training department to develop individual training plans for the team.
Works with the HR Department to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues.
To promote a customer care approach within the business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:
5 years of industry-related experience in a combined sales and marketing role.
Very good interpersonal skills and client orientation.
Self-confidence and integrity.
Energetic with innovative problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic and able to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Computer proficiency is compulsory (i.e.MS Office - MS Excel for budget purposes).
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Sales Experience in target area will be of benefit.
Knowledge and experience in the Fuel and Energy Industry will be of benefit.
