**Main purpose / objective of the position**:
Collection of clients’ rental to ensure healthy cash flow and control of all debtors accounts. Maintain good long term customer and client manager relationships.

**Decision making authority**:
This position operates within policy parameters and decision framework.

**Experience / Education**:
**Skills required**:
Computer literacy; SAP; MS Office - Excel and Word; Outlook; Account administration Skills; Time Management; Reconciliation skills, Negotiation skills; Telephone skills.

**Knowledge required**:
Contract Management; Policies and procedures; Rent collection; Debt Collectors Act 1998, FIC Act, Legal process knowledge

Collections to set targets, payment allocations, query resolution, attorney liaison, account reconciliations, month end reporting, Team and Owner meetings

- Internal_: Credit Manager/ Credit Management Team, Shopping Centre Teams - GM/ Finance Manager/ Leasing. HO Finance, Property Administration, Legal Department
- External_: Tenants, Attorneys, Business Rescue Practitioner, Liquidators, auditors
