**Job Description**:
GoldTrust is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
The SDR will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone and WhatsApp, qualifying leads, and passing them on to our experienced sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Handle new leads promptly and ensure systematic follow-ups.
- Manage phone and WhatsApp desktop communications.
- Utilize Pipedrive for lead management and collaboration, and to maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Create accurate quote estimates for clients, you will have support from experts on the team where necessary.
- Coordinate client appointments and payments.
- Handle documentation and post-meeting follow-ups including review requests.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Technically savvy with experience in CRM systems like Pipedrive.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
