Synopsis of the Role:
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in the development of new travel products and experiences by providing research-based insights.
- Research potential suppliers, vendors, and partners for travel products and services.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, reviews, and surveys to understand customer preferences and satisfaction levels.
- Assist Content Managers in researching and gathering information for product descriptions, itineraries, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that brand and product development initiatives are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and recommendations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Previous experience in market research, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and research tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
