**DUTIES**
- Regulate the relationship between the management and employees, and with external institutions such as the CCMA.
- Promote and maintain communication between management, unions and employees.
- Provide advice and support to managers with regards to the labour relations.
- Advise line managers on legal compliance with regards to Labour Relations Act (LRA) and all other relevant legislation.
- Ensure compliance to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Employment Equity Act (EEA) to encourage and maintain harmonious industrial relations in the organisation.
- Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation Audit.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- ** Minimum of 6 years' experience in the HR field of which 3 was at an ER environment in the mining industry.**:

- Knowledge of SA Labour Legislation
- Knowledge and experience of HR Information systems - an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of the disciplinary procedures.
