Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Remote hours 3pm-11pm SA time

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage the accounts receivable process remotely, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and billing requirements.
Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve payment discrepancies and overdue invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer support, to resolve billing issues and address customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and interactions with customers.
Reconcile customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement strategies for improving cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection efforts for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to accounts receivable management.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in accounts receivable.
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, with experience in remote accounting systems preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
