**Company Overview**: Remote Professionals is a fast UK company with global operations specializing in remote accounting services tailored to accounting firms and finance departments in EMEA and NA. We are also developing an AI software solution. As we continue to expand rapidly within this fast-growing market, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager based in Cape Town to join our fully remote team. This role offers the unique opportunity to build out a marketing department from the ground up and develop new revenue channels. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and oversee the production and distribution of engaging, high-quality content specifically tailored to our audience, ensuring alignment with our aggressive business goals.
- Manage robust lead generation and nurturing processes to significantly boost inbound lead acquisition and support ambitious sales objectives.
- Utilize analytics to drive marketing decisions, optimizing campaign performance and ensuring maximum ROI.
- Spearhead the coordination with freelancers and external agencies for specialized tasks, ensuring top-notch quality in areas like advanced SEO, graphic design, copywriting and video production.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate marketing strategies with sales and operational goals seamlessly.
- Strategically manage the marketing budget, making informed decisions to best utilize resources for optimal outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy development and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and project management skills, capable of leading projects independently and multitasking effectively.
- A creative and strategic thinker with robust problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the accounting/outsourcing/recruitment industry or professional services sector.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams, including freelancers.
