**Key Responsibilities**

**Team Growth**:

- Recruit and build your own team of agents with support from THABCO PROPERTIES HQ.

**Team Accountability**:

- Ensure attendance at training sessions.
- Track performance, assess KPIs, and provide constructive feedback.
- Regularly evaluate team strengths and identify areas for improvement.

**Monthly Reviews**:

- Conduct one-on-one reviews with team members at least once per month.

**Production & GCI**:

- Set and track monthly, quarterly, and yearly production goals.
- Adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.

**Agent Support**:

- Respond to agent queries promptly and effectively.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular performance reports.

**Qualifications**
- **NQF 4 Qualified** with a valid FFC.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a talent for inspiring teams.
