Office Manager

KELE Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager (with company statutory knowledge) for its Pretoria Regional Office.
Duties will include (but is not limited to)
- Scheduling and recording of Board Committee meetings
- Maintenance of regulatory records
- Statutory, Legal or CIPC administration
- Provision of Executive Assistant duties to the Directors
- Management of travel bookings and all related arrangements
- Management of the groups documentation repository
- Ensuring the smooth day - to - day operations of the administrative office (ordering stationary and supplies, vendor management, refreshments for visitors etc)
- other related administrative duties
- Have completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field
- LLB or Corporate Governance Qualification will be an advantage
- Have at least 10 - 15 years experience as an Office Manager in a small to medium enterprise
- Experience as a statutory or legal administrator for a Private Company will be an advantage
- Dealt with clients at an executive level
- have knowledge of the Companies Act
- Previous company secretary experience will be an advantage (however this is not a Company Secretary role)
