**Duties**:

- Engage with internal role players to discuss needs and requests, and to define project objectives and metrics
- Develop project plans based on strategic deliverables and development priorities and present such plans internally for approval
- Develop project timelines and coordinate tasks based on resources, requirements, importance and urgency
- Manage deliverables and tasks (Developers, Business Analysts, Testers), and take ultimate responsibility for adherence to timelines
- Provide advice and assistance to relevant team on improvement of deliverables and resolution of issues
- Identify potential problem areas and develop proactive strategies/plans to avoid problem areas
- Continuously report on progress to Management Team
- Maintain good relationship with staff and provide them with regular updates
- Conduct/lead stand-up meetings during which project progress and issues are discussed

**Requirements**:

- PMP or relevant project qualification and/or degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science / Information Systems
- IT Background - at least 5 years of experience
- Experience with software development - at least 2 years
- Experience in project management - at least 3 years
- Azure dev ops experience
- Agile experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the agricultural industry will be advantageous
- Excellent project and time management skills (planning, organising and prioritising)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
