Email Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Focus US cultivation team to secure right content.
- Measure, Analyze and report on results to drive actionable insights.
- Ensure solid deliverability through monitoring inbox deliverability, unsubscribe/spam complaint rates, and other deliverability metrics.
- Track and communicate results, success metrics and recommendations for improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar relevant field preferred.
- 3+ years of Marketing experience with focus in Digital Marketing.

**Competencies and Skills**:

- Experience in Digital Marketing - Online Metrics and analytics tools.
- HTML Skills and HTML editor tools experience and photoshop required.
- Excellent report writing and data analysis to drive improvement.
- Excellent Project Management and Organizational Skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to collaboration and Ideation
- ability to work a variety of teams to bring Campaign elements to life.
- A self
- starting Attitude - ready to seize opportunities to make impact without needing to be told.
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.
