Admin Assistant/receptionist

Aquanation Swimming Academy is seeking an energetic, versatile and organised reception administrator to join our team.
In this role you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for swimmers, parents and visitors to the swimming academy
2. Book swimming lessons for new and existing customers, process payments, ensuring all data us accurately captured on Swool.
3. Keep reception areas welcoming, tidy and up to date.
4. Answer phones courteously and respond to enquiries.
5. Respond to enquiries from staff, swimmers, parents and visitors in an efficient and kind manner.
6. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
7. To be aware of and comply with the academy’s policies and procedures and report concerns as they arise.
8. Undertake appropriate training when required
9. Adhere to the ethos of the academy
10. Set an example of personal integrity and professionalism
11. Attend meetings
12. Maintain social media platforms
13. Respond to social media enquiries
14. Maintain client relations
15. Actively seek opportunities to grow the academy
16. Maintain registers, control sheets and other related admin
As a reception administrator you will NOT be working regular work hours, however this will be capped to not more than an 8 hour day. (11h00 -19h00)
1. At least 2 years of relevant experience
2. Should be able to commute to reliably to Sandton
3. Must hold a valid driving license
4. Enjoys working with people
5. Extremely organised and efficient
**Salary**: R7 000,00 - R9 500,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
