If you want to learn and explore a career in business, recruitment, and technology then this role is for you This is a full-time paid 3-month internship with an option to extend or go permanent.

**Job profile and what experience you will gain**:
Get exposure to the recruitment industry and how it works.

Learn how to seek prospective job users and assist with the onboarding process to the platform.

Learn how to connect and grow a strong community of job seekers and employers.

Assist with sourcing and linking users to available jobs.

Help to promote the product through social connections and networking activations.

Provide support where required to ensure a great user experience.

Assist with research and attending HR events when required.

Assist internal teams with ad-hoc requirements/tasks.

**Meet the min requirements before you apply**:
➡ A tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field will be a bonus.

➡ Be active on social media and networking platforms or know your way around it.

➡ Reliable laptop/PC with good Wifi / Internet connection for remote working days.

➡ Have the ability to support and maintain a user base.

➡ Fluent in English.

➡ South African or valid work permit.

➡ Reliable transport for hybrid working days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
