Recruiter’s role is will be to proactively initiate and develop commercial relationships with clients to generate new business and revenue as well as serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Building and growing client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs including global multi
- nationals and SMEs.
- Developing a client contact strategy and conducting business development calls
- Organising meetings and attending pitches with prospective clients.
- Maintaining and developing existing client relationships to secure repeat and exclusive business.
- Providing appropriate post placement support and contact; seeking feedback and securing testimonials.
- Providing advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and managing expectations.
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment platforms job boards / newspapers /colleges etc
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Post matric qualification in Business Management; Human Resources or similarly related field.
- Proven 360 recruitment experience as an internal and external recruiter.
- Strong sales ability and business development experience
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills

**Salary**: R5,640.45 - R15,000.00 per month
