**Job Purpose**

To champion all Talent Management, Change Management and Organisational Development (OD) activities thereby ensuring effective employee performance as well as supporting and embedding transformation that aligns to the strategic direction of the organisation.

**Key Performance Areas**

**Champion Talent Management Activities**
- Implement initiatives to attract and retain talent in the organisation
- Implement employer branding and positioning and Employee Value Proposition projects
- Design frameworks for employee on-boarding and support implementation thereof
- Consult with leadership and the organisation on initiatives to drive employee effectiveness
- Develop methods to ensure that performance management aligns with organisational goals

**Support Organisational Change**
- Consult with the business on changes in the organisation
- Formulate processes and plans to guide the organisation through change
- Work with the relevant departments to support and embed change
- Evaluate the impact of organisational change and provide relevant reporting

**Job Profile Design**
- Update and maintain the database of all job profiles for the organisation
- Maintain Changes related to Job Profiles
- Ensure approval and sign off of all Job profiles for all organisational Divisions

**Maintain Talent Management Administration**
- Keep up to date information related to Talent Conversations
- Compile Talent Management Reports
- Guide management on Succession planning and keep records related to Talent Management Activities

**Performance Management**
- Manager the performance management process
- Conduct audits on the implementation of the process
- Provide support to HR and the business on the implementation of the process

**Minimum Requirements**

**Education**
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification

**Experience**
- 5 years Experience in Talent Management or OD / HR environment
