Primary Responsibilities:

- Check invoices daily and identify the reason why the invoices are still pending for payment
- Work closely with Transportation and Operations team
- Prepare daily ACHs & wires payments
- Assist the team with some weekly/monthly reporting
- Weekly reconciliation of the vendor statement, understand all activity and take ownership of the accounts assigned.

Qualifications Education/Experience:

- Applicants should be studying or graduated in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Accounting or similar (Bachelor's/Degree)
- Perfect command of English, both oral and written, an EXCLUSIVE requirement. (To be tested at the interview).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

**Required Skills**:

- Detail-oriented, professional attitude, proactive, reliable.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload, multi-tasking to meet deadlines; demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow up on pending issues and to meet deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, particularly in Excel & Access
- Experience with ORACLE is a plus
