**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Manage the Proposal Development Process;
- Prioritize and multi-task and meet EXTREMELY TIGHT bidding/ tender deadlines;
- Demonstrated experience in client engagement, and management interaction;
- Prepare tenders/ bidding within the specified field herein;
- Monitor bid (RIF,RFP, RFQ) throughout the process, providing weekly status reports as required;
- Manage the preparation of bids/tendering and effectively implement the bid process;
- Provide leadership and manage bid teams, Lead bid kick off meetings;
- Take ownership of bid submissions and ensure 100% on time delivery of the bid/ tender;
- Ensure all bid/tender related information is captured and documented appropriately; and
- Effective communicate (report writing and communication skills) -liaise with stakeholders and coordinate the proposal process and submissions.

**EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Recognised related tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public administration, Bachelor of Arts;
- At least 8 years’ experience in the tender/ bid administration field;
- Excellent bid/ tender administration track record;
- Experience in related bid project i.e., Sustainability, ESG, Chemical and Waste, Air Quality and Climate Change; Engineering -water and waste treatment projects, roads and stormwater, buildings infrastructure;
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of PESTLE analysis;
- Software: MS Office, MS Project, Autodesk related software;
- Have strong practical experience of Quality Management Systems (QMS); and
- Driver’s license is mandatory and own car is essential.
